Below are some commonly asked questions…
Who can buy seeds from T.R.U. North Genetics?
We ship seeds worldwide, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with local or national laws prior to purchasing. For Canadian customers we ship in the original packaging but for international customers we always remove the seeds from the packages and ship them in a discrete manner.
What happens if my seeds don't germinate?
We regularly test the germination rates of our seeds and are completely confident in the product we ship. In the case of failed germination please contact us with as much information on the situation as possible. When proper germination practices are followed we guarantee all seeds.
We, unfortunately, can’t guarantee seeds that fail due to improper germination techniques or other issues beyond our control. We do always want to help, so if you have an issue. Please do reach out!
